The Price We're Willing To Pay...
A handwritten page inside an open notebook

When I first treated my garden fence with wood preserver it took almost 5 days - I had never done it before and I used the wrong type of brush. The next time I got a local handyman to do the job - it took me no time at all (and took him 3 days) but cost me well over £300. The last couple of times, I treated the whole fence myself in under 4 hours - I waited for a calm day and used a £50 paint spay gun I bought on-line.

Every job, from fence-painting, to web-design, to washing the car, costs us time and/or money. Sometimes we love the work for the work itself, but when we don’t, it pays to spend a little time working out the price we’re willing to pay….
