Books that speak directly to us...

I have started reading Stephen Covey’s “7 Habits of Highly Effective People” again - it was the first personal development book I ever tried to read (‘tried’ being the operative word, since I struggled to get back into reading for learning after a couple of decades of reading little more than e-mails and lightweight articles).

This will be my 3rd or 4th reading, and I am already remembering forgotten wisdom, and gaining insight from previously read ideas.

There are good books, and there are great books, and then there are those books that speak directly to us.

For me, ‘7 Habits’ is the very foundation of that latter category - and I’d love to know which books speak directly to you…?

For me, the Dale Carnegie books associated with the Dale Carnegie Training that I attended back in the 1980’s are still the best.
