3 Things I can't Unlearn

I have been reading and learning for a few years now and I have lived for over half a century, and these are 3 things I can’t unlearn:

1. We need at least 7-8 hours of sleep every night. We can pretend we don’t, but we’ll just get tireder and tireder and not do our best work.

2 We need to take care of our body. We can eat crap and not exercise, but it will catch up with us eventually.

3. We need to do the work. We can look for, and take shortcuts, but eventually we’ll have to go back and do the work.

There are plenty of others, but these 3 seemed most important this morning.

What can’t you unlearn…?
