If something made your life 0.1% better today, would you bother to do it ?
How about if that thing made like life 0.1% better than today every day ?
Or what if it made every day 0.1% better than the day before ?
I’m sure you can see where this is going - tiny improvements repeated every day make a big difference when the improvement is compounded.
It would only take 696 days for your life to be 100% better than today if your daily habits make every day 0.1% better than the day before.
Big changes can bring big results but only if you can keep the big effort going.
