We spend every day trying to change our thinking - trying to be more positive, trying to exercise willpower, trying to think of ways to achieve our goals.

“I wish I could just…” becomes our mantra.

But what we forget is that they are OUR thoughts - we’re not trying to change someone else’s opinion, we’re not trying to encourage someone else to change - it’s us, they’re our thoughts.

Achieving our goals, therefore, isn’t a matter of us changing our thoughts, it’s a matter of us deciding them.…
