The Power Of Habits and Routines

Starting my day, as I have done for so long, with meditation, learning, exercise and journaling brings a comforting stability to every morning, and maintaining my health and nutrition habits when the easiest thing is not to, gives me a sense of control and achievement in the chaos.

Usually, we think of personal development habits and daily routines as a way to change for the better - the drip, drip, drip of positive actions building over time to deliver massive improvement - but habits and routines can also be used to hold back the negative changes that could overtake us in times of stress and confusion.

So don’t give up on YOUR goals and habits, even temporarily, because if anything they now have the power to give you way more that you ever originally imagined…
