Reason & Decision

Reason & Decision

Why is it that we can stick to one plan and complete a difficult goal, and yet struggle to achieve a different goal that is actually significantly easier ?

Why can I find it really easy to give up alcohol for 100 days (36 days so far, not tempted once), yet struggle to post 3 times a day, even though I know it will really help my business.

I don’t think it’s focus, and I don’t think it’s external accountability, I think it’s some combination DECISION and REASON - a core belief that supplies an unquestionable reason to do it, and a decision that it must be done, so stop wasting energy pushing against it.

What do you think ? What has pushed you to complete a difficult goal in the past, and hat’s missing this time to stop you succeeding ?
