No Regrets...

No regrets...

I don’t really suffer with regret.

Sure, there are plenty of things I would do differently given my time again (that’s called ‘learning from experience’), but for me, regret is something quite different - it is an unhelpful self-admonishment that stops us from forgiving ourselves for the things we did, and prevents us from accepting our past once the learning is complete.

We are who we are because of our actions and our experiences, and rather than beat ourselves up for the very things that got us here, I think it makes a lot more sense to just be incredibly grateful for the unique experiences that made us who we are today…
