When another driver cuts you up in traffic, it’s a chance to teach the kids a few new swear words or an opportunity to practice compassion and wonder whether the other driver might have a mind full of worry and pain.

When your kids/partner/friend/boss does that thing you really hate, its an opportunity to vent your frustration at the way no-one cares about your feelings, or a chance to examine whether that annoying thing is really so important after all.
