Affirmations...

It is almost a week since I started writing out my affirmations each morning - a list of 10 “I WILL…” statements which clarify my intentions and goals - and the effect has been quite profound; I am finding it much easier to stay on track throughout the day, and I am also finding that I focus on importance rather than ease when selecting the next thing on my list. 


Who would have thought that a 10-minute task could hold quite so much power ?

But then again, that’s how long I mediate for each morning, and that has changed my life immeasurably too…
